Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your eco-friendly electronics are tracked safely back to us.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, including all accessories and cables, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
